HAD BRAKES
HadBrakes is an Alt-Pop project led by singer-songwriter Ohad Bar.
Ohad was raised by strictly observant Orthodox Jews in a small town about an hour's drive from Tel Aviv. Little Ohad knew from quite early on, that he was to go secular as soon as he could.
Ever since he did, he's managed to put himself through music school (""Rimon"" – Jazz and Contemporary Music School), learn how to play the Cello, release music whilst going on local tours, continuously pursuing his dreams.
The last single by Had Brakes (Better At It) was released last summer – and was well received amongst U.S CHR stations, as well as by Major News sites like Voice Of America which had him interviewed. With his fresh release – ""Destiny (No Te Vayas)"" HadBrakes is shamelessly discussing topics like Social Anxiety, its resolutions and how it all registers when it comes to pairing up in current times. The track was musically produced by MATAN - Ohad's main guitarist and co-composer.
