CARRYING TORCHES

In 2017, CARRYING TORCHES unveiled their debut EP, “Ace of Wands,” marking the beginning of their sonic journey. The following year, they released “Strangers EP,” which earned them recognition as the Deli Chicago’s New Artist of the Month in September. Their track “Strangers” from the EP also clinched the coveted Song of the Year title at the Kankakee Area Music Awards in 2019. As they continued to evolve, Carrying Torches treated fans to a series of captivating singles, including “Computer,” “Higher,” and “Stupid” in 2020, followed by “Champagne” in 2021. In 2023, the band unveiled a trio of mesmerizing singles: “Small Talk,” “Snow Angel,” and “Unusual.” With over 120 exhilarating performances under their belt and a catalog of compelling music videos, Carrying Torches shows no signs of slowing down. In 2024, the band is set to ignite stages across the Midwest (stay tuned for dates) while unveiling four eagerly anticipated singles produced by ABG Studios. The current lineup features Justin Daniel, Jon Paul Gray, Misty Okroi, Taylor Smith, and Mike Bass, each bringing their unique flair to the band’s electrifying sound.
