CHRIS BELL
New England native now Las Vegas based Chris Bell is a young American Roots Music Artist for
the 21st century. Chris's music draws in equal measure from traditional and contemporary blues, southern rock, and alternative country
without compromising his integrity or missing a beat. Over the past 11 years, Chris has performed well over 1000 live shows including some
of the biggest music festivals in the country, released five CD's and one DVD. His music can be heard on radio stations throughout
the United States and European Markets. Bell's passion for music has long been fueled by his love of the guitar and the icons who helped propel
the instrument to its legendary status. At the early age of nine, he picked up his first guitar and discovered his passion. Chris later went
on to major in Art and Music at the University of Massachusetts, participated in jazz workshops with Archie Shepp, and studied under guitar
great Tony MacAlpine. From the soulful sound of Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jimi Hendrix and Johnny Winter, together with the southern rock of
Lynyrd Skynyrd, Allman Bros and ZZ Top, adding in the country flavor of Brad Paisley, Jason Aldean and Keith Urban, mix all those
ingredients together and you end up with Chris Bell, who considers himself an American Roots Artist and credits all the above for
influencing him in one way or another. This year we'll see the release of Bell's sixth CD "Bell County Line". The follow-up to the very
successful 2010 "The Devil, My Guitar & Me". The approach this time around will be blues meets southern rock meets modern country.
