Boyce is a metal project of multi-instrumentalist Gregory Boyce from Northern California. Everything from straight ahead metal to metal with flamenco guitars and progressive elements. If you're looking for something heavy but different..give Boyce a listen.After two acoustic rock albums and a jazz-fusion CD, Gregory decided it was time to go back to his heavy-metal roots. The songs range from straight ahead metal to complex arrangements you would come to expect from the progressive-metal genre. There are a lot of surprises on this album. Spanish style guitars, time changes, style changes. There are even a couple songs you could probably dance to! (laughs) Mainly, the idea was to keep the listener guessing while still being entertained!
