THE EMPIRE POLICE

Described by Tom Robinson (BBC) as "absolutely extraordinary”, Preston quartet, The Empire Police, consists of 4 early-20-something lads. The young band already have an impressive CV with radio plays at the likes of BBC 6 Music and BBC Introducing, support slots for The Sherlocks, Trampolene and Twisted Wheel, synch placements on the hugely popular “Soccer Manager” mobile games and the release of two EP's and several singles. The Empire Police are a vibrant and energetic indie rock force, lead by charismatic frontman Jordao Bassa. Since returning to some post-Covid normality at the beginning of 2022, the band have erupted back onto the live scene, with shows including sold out tour supports with The Sherlocks (one of which being their biggest show ever at O2 Academy Liverpool), and their very own music festival Rock am River, in their hometown of Preston on the 18th of June 2022.
