Inner Outlines is a 5 piece Emo Alt/Rock Band from Central Illinois. Formed by original members Matt, Billie, Cody, & Andrew in the basement of a rural IL home in 2014. Current Members Matt, Cody, Andrew, Doug, & Dylan continue the mission to honor their fallen brother Billie with a wall of sound, rock & roll attitude, & a touch of metal.
