OCTOBERMAN

Octoberman is a Canadian indie rock project led by songwriter Marc Morrissette, known for its evolving sound from folk to a more potent rock style and its introspective lyrics often addressing themes of loss, resilience, and the passage of time. After a nearly decade-long hiatus following the 2014 album What More What More, Octoberman returned with the 2023 album There You Were, which explores grief after Morrissette's mother's death, and the 2025 album Chutes.
