LILLIAN KING

After years of performing solo in Chicago, LILLIAN KING has been making music with friends Nick DePrey and Robert Salazar for the past year and a half, discovering the joy of collaboration. Her debut album In Your Long Shadow, is primarily about grief, loss, and the process of healing and finding meaning in the face of hardship. Drawing inspiration from the loss of her father and his tradition of walking to the hospital for treatment, her songs explore how grief manifests in one's life and the world around them, encouraging listeners to experience life and find meaning in the small, beautiful moments.
