In October 2012 musicians and songwriters, Dave Cooper from Sunderland in the UK and Glen Granthem from Sacramento, California, USA teamed up after Glen heard one of Dave’s songs on Jukebox Alive on the internet. Glen contacted Dave and they decided to work together on an album. Ralph Donkin, Dave’s friend and lyric writer jumped on board and between them they wrote and recorded 15 songs which became the CD “Songs across the Water”. The DGR band later morphed into the “Cookin with Gran Music Project” – This resulted in a further album called “Come Taste the Music”.
